   ●We will set up a confidential file according to your information.
   ●We will offer a membership card and handbook to you.

二：会员就诊流程
●会员就诊挂号之前请出示会员卡。
●导医将引领至相应科室。
●交费前请出示会员卡。
●进行相应的诊疗活动。
●导医礼送。

IV、 Member cards charge and deposit amount
    Member card deposit need to be one-time payment in full amount,  Deposit could be paid off by cash, check and remittance. Any expense at hospital can be deducted from the card.

★温馨提示：
      会员入会首年免收管理费，请持卡消费结算。
      会员在服务期内退会须扣除卡内余额的5%。
      会员期限为一年，期满后卡内余额可继续使用。如继续享有会员折扣，须按卡类别缴纳年度管理费。愉悦健康卡：管理费200元；博雅时尚卡: 管理费300元;真爱管家卡: 管理费500元; 圣洁玛丽卡：管理费800元。
      荣誉会员可享受相应的会员折扣。
      会员享受优免服务项目时请提前预约。

★Warm tips:
       The management fee is free for the first year.
       If membership canceled before the expiry period, 5% will be deducted from the card balance.
       The period of member validity is one year. After one year, the balance amount in the card could still be used. If member wish to continue and maintain the membership discount, member need pay the yearly management fee. The yearly management fees are  ￥200  for Mary Joy Health Card, ￥300 for Mary Elegance Fashion Card, ￥500 for Mary Housekeeping Card, and ￥800 for Mary Holiness Card.
       Honorary members can take the related discounts which the card provides.
       Please book in advance for any discount and free item service.

■北京名医专家服务：
      1. 会员在本院可尊享北京市名医专家点名就诊服务。
      2. 名医专家服务包含：就诊、会诊、手术等各项专属贴心服务。
      3. 专家均来自北京各大医院：北京市妇产医院、北京海淀妇产医院、北京市儿童医院、北京市儿研所、北京天坛医院、北京协和医院、北京军区总医院、中国人民解放军总医院（301医院）、安贞医院、北大世纪坛医院、北京大学第三医院、北京大学第一医院、中日友好医院等。

■Beijing famous specialist service:
      1.  Members right is exclusive in select medical experts or named medical services in Beijing
      2.  Specialist service includes: diagnosis, consultation and operation etc.
      3.  Specialists could come from many famous hospitals, such as Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, Beijing Haidian Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, Beijing Children’s Hospital, Beijing Tiantan Hospital, Beijing Institute of Pediatric, Peking Union Medical College Hospital, PLA. The Military General Hospital of Beijing, Chinese PLA General Hospital (301 hospital), Anzhen Hospital, Beijing Shijitan Hospital, Peking University Third Hospital, Peking University First Hospital, CHINA-JAPAN Friendship Hospital.
